1) Scope & Role Under Law

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, secure, and retain your personal data when you visit our website, contact us by phone/WhatsApp, or receive treatment at our clinic.
We act as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and also follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011 for sensitive personal data, which include health information.

  • Identity & contact: name, age, gender, phone, email, address.

  • Appointment & communication: preferred time, notes you provide, messages via contact forms, email, phone, WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.

  • Medical/health data (SPDI): medical/dental history, X-rays and images, diagnosis, treatment plans, prescriptions, clinical notes, photographs taken for records, before/after images (with consent), allergies and medication.

  • Payment & billing: payment method, amount, invoice details; we do not store full card/bank credentials on our servers.

  • Technical data (online): IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, referral URLs, cookie IDs; approximate location derived from your device/browser settings.

  • Reviews & testimonials: feedback you submit or permit us to display (including embedded Google reviews).

3) How We Collect Data

  • From referring doctors, laboratories, or diagnostic centres where medically relevant and lawful.

We process personal data based on your consent, performance of a contract (e.g., providing treatment), compliance with law, and other permitted uses under DPDPA. Typical purposes:

  • Registering patients, scheduling appointments, delivering dental treatment and follow-up care.

  • Creating and maintaining clinical records; generating prescriptions, certificates and receipts.

  • Communicating with you about appointments, treatment instructions, reminders, and billing.

  • Quality assurance, training, audit, and maintaining sterilisation/incident logs.

  • Running our website, security monitoring, analytics, and service improvement.

  • Marketing communications (only with your consent and with an easy opt-out).

We treat anyone under 18 as a child under Indian law. We obtain verifiable parental/guardian consent before collecting or processing a child’s personal/health data, and we limit processing to what is necessary for care.

We keep personal and clinical records only as long as necessary for treatment, legal, regulatory, tax, and audit purposes, and as required by applicable healthcare practice standards. After retention periods, data are securely deleted or anonymised.

We use industry-standard safeguards including access controls, encryption in transit, restricted clinical systems, device protections, sterilisation and infection-control logs, and staff confidentiality obligations. No system is 100% secure; we continually improve our controls.

  • Request correction/updates of inaccurate or incomplete data;

  • Request deletion/erasure where legally permissible;
